The item arrived, but the box was a bit bashed when it got here. I’m not sure if it happened during shipping or before, and maybe I’m overthinking it, but it did make me a little worried at first

I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and they did eventually get back to me. It took longer than I would’ve liked, so that was a bit frustrating. But once they replied, they were actually helpful and got my question sorted without much hassle. So I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience at all, even though the waiting part wasn’t great. I’d probably order again, but also kind of hope I don’t have to contact support next time...

The colour match was spot on, and it was ready sooner than I expected. Really easy experience overall, I’d definitely recommend it.

Delivery definitely wasn’t perfect, but they did put it right in the end.
